Tracking Specialist

As a Tracking Specialist youll monitor time-sensitive clinical trial shipments from pickup through delivery keep clients and internal teams informed and act quickly when something goes off track. This hands-on role is ideal for an organized tech-savvy problem solver who communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure.

What Youll Do

• Track shipments in real time provide timely updates and maintain accurate tracking temperature and compliance records.
• Coordinate with Operations OKAM carriers sites and clients to confirm priorities and delivery requirements.
• Resolve delays missing updates documentation gaps and temperature or environmental deviations escalating issues when necessary.
• Respond to client questions and serve as an escalation point for study-specific concerns.
• Monitor KPIs and service performance identify trends and prepare concise status reports.
• Support study validation activities and continuous process improvement.

What Youll Bring

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication customer service and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confidence using Microsoft Officeespecially Exceland logistics or shipment-tracking systems.
• Experience with clinical trial logistics cold-chain operations or regulated environments is a plus.

Work Details

• Office-based position in Miami.
• Occasional after-hours or on-call support may be required.
• Occasional domestic or international travel may be necessary.
• Regular computer use and extended screen time are required.
