Roanoke Catholic School is seeking a qualifiedHead Track Coach to oversee the schools track program.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the track program.
• Plan organize and conduct practices meets competitions and appropriate offseason development activities.
• Promote sportsmanship teamwork and personal growth among student-athletes.
• Foster a positive and competitive culture that reflects the mission and values of Roanoke Catholic School.
• Collaborate with school administration athletic department staff parents and community supporters.
• Ensure compliance with VISAA BRAC and school policies and procedures.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of high school collegiate or comparable track coaching experience.
• Demonstrate strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes
• Commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Successful completion of required background screenings.
• VIRTUS certification (or willingness to obtain)
