TPT-Pipe Mold CNC Journeyman Machinist

• Set up operate optimize and modify CNC lathes mills and related equipment to produce quality precision-machined components and improve production efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints technical drawings specifications and work instructions while coordinating tooling workflow equipment and production activities to meet operational requirements.
• Train CNC operators and inspect completed work using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain clean and safe work areas.
• While the above responsibilities will be the primary focus of this job the company reserves the right to assign additional duties as necessary to meet operational needs.

Qualifications :

• Experience setting up and operating CNC lathes milling machines and related equipment including working knowledge of Fanuc controls and CNC program modifications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints sketches specifications and technical documentation and apply sound machining practices tooling selection and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with precision measuring and inspection equipment including micrometers calipers dial indicators gauges and other quality control tools.
• Demonstrated initiative teamwork communication skills and the ability to maintain required personal machinist tools and measuring instruments.
• Must furnish and maintain required personal machinist tools and measuring instruments necessary to perform job duties.
• Physically able to perform tasks involving standing lifting and operating equipment.
• Must demonstrate knowledge and ability by passing both a written and performance exam.
