Job Summary
TorkLaw: national plaintiff personal injury firm (founded 2012 HQ Irvine CA 100 people).
Comp: $100K-$160K base; 401(k) 4% fully vested match medical/dental/vision PTO professional development. Location: On-site 5 days Chicago. Visa: Not open to visas (US citizen / Green Card).
Manage full plaintiff PI caseload (car accidents slip and falls) from intake through settlement
Strategic case investigation medical record analysis case strategy
Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Compassionate bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) client communication
Collaborate with legal assistants case managers lien negotiators

5 yrs plaintiff-side personal injury (no defense-side)
Active attorney in good standing barred in Illinois
Stable work history (no short stints)
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
On-site 5 days in Chicago
US citizen / Green Card
