Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker for a Direct Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will build repair and modify molds dies jigs fixtures and tooling using blueprints sketches and verbal instructions.
Pay: $35.50 - $37.50
Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities
- Build and repair molds dies jigs fixtures and tooling.
- Operate mills lathes grinders drills saws and measuring tools.
- Work with aluminum tool steels stainless steel brass copper plastics and phenolics.
- Complete machining processes including milling drilling grinding heat treating and EDM.
- Plan and complete projects efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Work with engineers on tooling changes and fixture builds.
- Maintain quality standards and eliminate non-conformance issues.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Certified Tool & Die apprenticeship required.
- Journeymans Certificate preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to safely operate machinery and tools.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Frequent standing walking bending kneeling twisting and lifting.
- Exposure to noise heat dust fumes and machinery.
- Repetitive hand and arm movements throughout shift.
- Required PPE includes hearing and eye protection.
