Tool & Die

• Assemble molds and fixtures including spotting sliding components.
• Set up and operate manual machine tools including lathes mills and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints sketches and specifications to produce precision components.
• Measure inspect and verify parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Fit assemble and modify tooling fixtures and machined components as required.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure all work meets specifications.

• 3 years of tool & die machining or apprenticeship experience.
• Proficient with manual mills lathes and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to read blueprints schematics and perform shop math calculations.
• Experience with CAM programming AutoCAD and tool fabrication beneficial.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors including qualifications skills relevant experience job knowledge.
