Pay: $20$21 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead and support daily Toddler classroom routines
- Create developmentally appropriate learning and play experiences
- Encourage early language communication independence and social-emotional development
- Guide children through meals diapering/toileting readiness rest time outdoor play and transitions
- Use positive guidance to support emerging social skills and classroom behaviors
- Maintain a safe nurturing clean and engaging classroom
- Observe childrens development and communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
- Previous Toddler classroom experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Patient energetic nurturing and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
