- Care for and educate toddlers ages 1836 months in a warm structured environment.
- Implement intentional play-based routines that support language and social-emotional growth.
- Build trusting consistent relationships with both children and families.

- Experience with toddlers in a childcare or classroom setting.

- CDA ECE background or interest in growing professionally.
