We are seeking experienced Toast POS Specialists to support a project focused on restaurant technology and POS workflows. The role involves evaluating documenting and improving real-world Toast POS processes including ordering payments menu management and reporting.

• Review and evaluate Toast POS workflows including order entry payments and reporting.
• Create step-by-step guides and documentation for restaurant operations.
• Analyze system functionality and identify workflow issues or improvement opportunities.
• Document best practices for Toast POS configuration and optimization.
• Evaluate transaction data menus and order flows.
• Explain POS processes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the development and refinement of POS-related tasks prompts and datasets.

• Strong hands-on experience with Toast POS in a restaurant environment.
• Experience with POS configuration troubleshooting order management and payment processing.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and POS workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience across different restaurant concepts is a plus.
• Experience training or supporting users with restaurant technology is preferred.
