The Title Plant Manageis responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
- Overseeing daily operations maintenance and organization of the title plant.
- Ensuring title plant records indexing and document management systems remain accurate and up to date.
- Maintaining the integrity and completeness of title plant data and historical records.
- Performing complex title searches and examinations for residential and commercial properties.
- Reviewing chain of title legal descriptions easements liens judgments and encumbrances.
- Identifying title issues and recommending appropriate curative actions.
- Ensuring title examinations meet underwriting guidelines and industry best practices.
- Serving as a technical resource for examiners escrow officers and operations staff.
- Supporting and mentoring the title plant and examination team while promoting a collaborative environment.
- Strong title examination experience with deep knowledge of title search and chain-of-title analysis.
- Comprehensive understanding of title plant operations and examination best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex title issues and develop clear resolution strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and support team development.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a title operation.
- Experience as a Senior Examiner Lead Examiner or second-in-command in a title department.
- Experience mentoring or training title examination staff.
