-Applications
* Land Records and Municipal Searches
* Surveys
* Co-op and UCC Searches
-Title Report Typing
-Closing Desk Experience
-Also looking for but not necessary Title Reading/Title clearance experience.
Ideal candidate should have knowledge of MS Word Magram a good work ethic and must be a professional with clients and colleagues.
Salary commensurate with experience.
