The Office Manager is a key leader responsible for supporting and managing the team to ensure operational excellence and outstanding service to our lenders sellers and Copart. This role involves overseeing daily workflows conducting spot checks for accuracy training staff on all aspects of the department and assisting the Senior Office Manager with strategic initiatives. The Office Manager also plays an essential role in building and maintaining lender and Copart relationships through professional communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and oversee the teams daily activities ensuring accuracy and quality through spot checks and audits.

  • Train team members on department processes tools and best practices to ensure a consistent high level of performance.

  • Assist the Assistant General Manager in operational tasks project management and process improvements.

  • Serve as a liaison between the department and lenders building strong professional relationships to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

  • Provide professional email support to lenders sellers and Copart maintaining a consistent tone of professionalism and responsiveness.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly escalating when necessary to maintain service quality.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.

  • Lead and participate in special projects to improve departmental efficiency and service delivery.

  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold high standards of professionalism and team dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in office management team leadership or operations support.

  • Strong experience in training auditing and quality assurance within a team environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and high standards.

  • Proficient in email communication platforms Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
