The Real Estate Title Closeris responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Manage title files from the Sales Contract stage through processing and final closing.
- Prepare accurate Closing Disclosures (CD) / HUD settlement statements and all required closing documents.
- Coordinate with buyers sellers lenders realtors and internal teams to collect required documents and resolve title issues.
- Review title commitments clear liens and judgments and ensure compliance with lender closing instructions.
- Order and review supporting documents such as surveys pest inspections insurance certificates and sales contracts.
- Prepare the final closing package and ensure all documents are complete and compliant prior to closing.
- Conduct the closing meeting with buyers and sellers ensuring all documents are properly executed and finalized.
- 3 years of experience in Title handling Processing and Closing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Closers Choice software
