We welcome applicants of all backgrounds identities experiences and are seeking a Thrift Store Sales Specialist to deliver excellent customer service while supporting daily retail Specialist delivers excellent customer service restocks and replenishes merchandise and supports Goodwills mission. They assist customers process transactions maintain store cleanliness and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role also includes enforcing store policies and supporting daily Awesome Things Youll DoGreet and assist customers donors as needed and direct them to the designated donation drop-off restock merchandise onto the sales floor ensuring compliance with Goodwills visual Goodwills Rewards and Round-Up sales transactions quickly and customer concerns and escalate issues as a clean and organized sales floor fitting rooms and checkout store policies including safety guidelines and occupancy limits when the register and thank customers for their store entry and enforce safety measures if other duties as assigned to support the store team and broader organizational in your availability is essential to meet the needs of the business which operates Monday to Sunday 7:00am to 8: & Safety GuidelinesThis role involves handling pre-owned merchandise which may contain allergens dust or other substances. Goodwill provides training protective equipment and follows safety protocols to ensure a clean and secure work environment.
