Job Summary
- Provide individual group and family therapy based on individualized clinical needs and treatment goals.
- Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches including CBT DBT mindfulness-based interventions psychoeducation and relapse prevention as clinically appropriate.
- Support individuals experiencing mental health substance use and co-occurring conditions across Freedom Healths outpatient continuum of care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress toward established clinical goals.
- Maintain timely accurate and clinically appropriate documentation consistent with professional and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote coordinated client-centered care.
- Contribute to a safe supportive and recovery-oriented treatment environment that promotes sustainable coping skills and long-term well-being.
- Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.
- 3-5 years of experience providing behavioral health services in a clinical treatment setting.
- Clinical education and experience appropriate to providing therapeutic services within the scope of the position and applicable Massachusetts requirements.
- Knowledge of evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to treating mental health substance use and co-occurring conditions.
- Strong clinical assessment treatment planning documentation communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Framingham Massachusetts during the organizations daytime schedule.
