Job Overview:

Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is an evidenced-based family intervention program for youth ages 11-18 who are experiencing behavioral and relational problems at home and in the community. FFT is an effective treatment for a wide range of behavioral and emotional problems such as symptoms of conduct and oppositional and defiant behaviors. The ideal candidate is flexible has a desire to work within a collaborative team environment and engage with families in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home therapeutic services to families using an evidence-based clinical approach

• Provide culturally competent care to client population

• Collaborate with system partners as needed and continuously assess client needs and adjust services accordingly

• Complete documentation per program guidelines

• Be willing to learn the Functional Family Therapy protocol and process

Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant mental health discipline

• Must have strong clinical skills and a willingness to learn

• Motivation and strong social skills to build healthy relationships with our clients and partner

• Flexibility and passion for working with children/adolescents

• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record. Local travel .

Additional Information:

• Starting Compensation: $21.30 per hour for bachelors and $50000 annually for masters

• Bilingual-Spanish differential: $1.50/hourly
