Job Summary

The Bilingual Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinicians treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a Human Services field: Required
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese-Required
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Valid drivers license with reliable and consistent access to a car
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
Access to a laptop or CPS high speed secure internet and a phone required for FFS positions
Compensation:
Fee for Service Rate: $25 - $40 / hour
