As a Therapeutic Training & Support Worker you will provide high-quality community-based services to children adolescents and transitional age youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families. Youll assist families in strengthening skills promoting stability and coordinating care across providers.

• Deliver therapeutic training and support services in the home school and community

• Support youth and families in practicing skills learned in therapy sessions

• Assist with care coordination by collaborating with therapists schools and community providers

• Help families build connections to resources services and supports

• Provide psychoeducation to caregivers on behavioral health diagnoses coping skills and family dynamics

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation including progress notes and treatment plans

• Participate in team meetings supervision and treatment planning

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in a Human Services-related field required

• At least 1 year of human services experience required (2 years if Associates level)

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Knowledge of mental illness diagnoses behavioral modification and coping techniques

• Experience providing parenting education and working with children and families required

• Familiarity with child-serving systems and community resources

• Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations

• Strong written organizational and communication skills

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
