Job Title: SupervisorJob Department: The Penrose RoomJob Pay Range: $28.00 - $36.00 / hour (Inclusive of hourly pay rate service charge)Breakdown: Based on $12.00 per hour base wage service charge commission paid per shift; historically this position averages service charge commission earnings of $16.00 - $24.00 per hour. Service charges fluctuate based on the time of position always earns at least the current Colorado minimum wage $15.16 per Summary:As a Fine Dining Supervisor you will manage front-of-house operations lead service staff and ensure consistent elite standards mentor the service team and integrate restaurant operations smoothly into the overall luxury hotel more about Broadmoor Duties and Responsibilities include following. Other duties may be assigned:Lead pre-shift meetings oversee table rotation and monitor timing between VIPs table visit guests guarantee satisfaction and handle delicate complaints with coach and evaluate front-of-house employees on fine dining etiquette wine service and menu dining room cleanliness uniform compliance and table settings before service with the culinary team to pace orders and accommodate special dietary with scheduling inventory tracking and daily operational reservations for special parties and verify complete instructions for said menu to the guest offers recommendations and description for the purpose of assisting and upselling the station and side work are complete prior to staff waitstaff in retrieving items from the kitchen and bar serving when complete compliance with The Broadmoor guidelines operational procedures safety policies and institutional standards for excellence (Forbes Travel Guide and AAA Five-Diamond).Maintain a willingness to learn about The Broadmoors history estate grounds wilderness properties culinary offerings and retail additional duties and responsibilities as required.
