KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- LeadershipandSupervision:Direct and supervise the Maintenance staff overseeing the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
- TechnicalExpertise: Apply extensive experience in engineering maintenance and related fields to ensure efficient operations.
- Problem-SolvingandDecision Making: Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately handling problems effectively in high-pressure situations.
- CommunicationSkills:Convey information and ideas clearly and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests.
- FinancialAcumen: Work with and understand financial information and data including basic arithmetic functions to support maintenance operations.
- ProjectManagement:Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance requests schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelorsdegreeandatleast5yearsofexperienceinarelatedfieldincludingpriormanagementexperience.
- Experienceinahotelorrelatedfieldisrequiredwithatradelicensepreferred.
