Job Summary
Teva Season Program CoordinatorKey Responsibilities:A core member of the Teva administrative team the Program Coordinator works closely with the Teva Director to create vibrant staff culture build smooth logistical systems and manage the many daily and weekly tasks that ensure a successful as a resource for educators and school chaperones the Program Coordinator collaborates with the Director to refine Tevas curricular and educational vision of awareness interconnectedness ecology and responsibility. During program weeks the Program Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for student care acting as our on-site medic and hospitality liaison. This position is adaptable depending on the skills of the applicant; please feel free to share your skills and interests with us!Role and Responsibilities: Plan and assist in leading staff a vibrant and healthy staff and help staff implement Tevas curriculum of awareness interconnectedness and materials requests and acquisition and distribution of materials. Manage and organize materials childrens programming during Adamah holiday retreats and coordinate staff during collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues. Participate in theatrical presentations large scale games evening programming and song in Shacharit (morning prayer services) and add creative educational with development of curriculum skits and program the site for the week including organizing program materials set-up and take-down. Manage systems to ensure the success of program set-up and take down throughout the present at all transitions and mealtimes during the Teva week. Be responsive via walkie-talkie and phone during daytime program hours with Teva Staff and School as evening on-call hospitality liaison for schools coordinating with Guest Services staff to provide high-quality customer weekly leadership meetings as a core member of the Teva administrative Responsibilities (WFR Certification)Carry the emergency phone at all hours during the Teva program including keeping the phone on at all first aid supplies including inventory of all medical supplies and replenishment as students with everyday injury illness and tick urgent and emergency medical students with relevant food allergies in collaboration with Teva and kitchen detailed medical records and complete high-quality incident reports as :Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and schools with ability to maintain a professional communication and teamwork skills: must be able to work as part of a close-knit interdependent executive functioning organizational and project management to work independently and find to stays cool in a crisis and adapt to changing situationsFind joy working in an immersive highly-collaborative outdoor education settingSkill in photography or graphic design is a plus!MedicMust be certified as an EMT or RN or be certified as a WFR with significant field be able to hike up to 1.5 miles on uneven and/or steep in food allergy safety monitoring and medical and Benefits:Compensation range is $7500-$10000 for a three-month season depending on experience and Program Coordinator is provided housing in shared accommodations at Isabella Freedman Jewish Retreat Center between August 15 2026 December 20 2026 as well as meals served in the dining hall during program weeks and holiday Apply:Email a cover letter and resume to
