Product Introduction Technician

Your Future Role

Take on a new challenge and bring your technical expertise to the forefront of sustainable mobility. Reporting the Hiring Manager youll work alongside passionate motivated and skilled this role youll play a key part in supporting the installation testing operation and maintenance of our cutting-edge rail systems and equipment.

Day to day youll collaborate closely with project teams subcontractors and customers to ensure smooth field operations and warranty support. Youll be responsible for equipment testing failure analysis and field modificationsalways ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

What Youll Do

• Provide technical support during installation testing and operational phases
• Investigate and resolve electromechanical failures
• Develop execute and document test procedures
• Use specialized tools for field maintenance and modifications
• Support warranty operations and customer recovery activities
• Report deviations immediately and uphold all HSE requirements

What You Bring

We value passion curiosity and a proactive mindset. You dont need every qualification below but the following will help you succeed:

• Technician degree or equivalent technical certification
• 24 years of experience in a technical or field support role
• Strong problemsolving skills with handson electromechanical experience
• Familiarity with field testing tools equipment and procedures
• A strong commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement

Salary Range

$40-$43 per hour
