WHAT WE NEED:
1. High School Diploma.
2. Associates degree preferred
3. Evidence of ability to establish working relationships that result in mutual respect.
4. Ability to speak clearly and concisely both in oral and written communication.
5. Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.

WHAT YOU NEED:
1. Works cooperatively with administrators student services personnel and teachers.
2. Regular reliable and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job
3. Monitor student behavior

4. Provide testing accommodations for students with 504s and IEPs

5. Provide classroom support
confidentiality of school related information.

teachers with routine classroom operation; follows through on teachers instructions within time limits.

and supervise students in the use of computers as assigned.

meetings/functions as specifically directed.

understanding of students needs and interacts appropriately with students parents and other employees.

instructions of teaching staff and reinforces program philosophy and consistency in classroom procedures.

initiative and creativity with individual children and their program implementations; follows through with prescribed behavioral management programs.
