This position is 100% onsite in Tewksbury/Andover MA

As an Electrical Engineer on this team you will have a hands-on opportunity to design and integratestate-of-the-arttest systems using the industrys latest tools. You will be a key contributor to the evolution of our products ensuring our systems meet technical and performance goals in a highly collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

• Design develop and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team

• Create test interface adapters cabling schematics and detailed circuit designs

• Develop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development and implementation phases

• Utilize modern equipment including oscilloscopes network analyzers and power meters for validation

• Collaborate independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve test product challenges

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically has aBachelors Degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• Must have 12 months to 2 years of experience using electrical components including resistors capacitors and transistors

• Experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes multimeters and spectrum analyzers

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with circuit design and analysis for analog digital and mixed-signal circuits

• Proficiencyin programming languages such as Python C/C or MATLAB for simulation and automation

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in a dynamic environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet assigned deadlines

• Experience in technical writing and delivering formal presentations

The salary range for this role is 57200 USD - 108800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
