Test Lab & Receiving Inspection Manager
Job Description
We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment as a Quality Control Test Lab & Receiving Inspection Manager for our NADCAP approved captive laboratory at our northern Cincinnati Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).
Job Requirements
- responsible for supervision and/or performance of all mechanical and physical testing performed in support of products manufactured by CTL including but not limited to receiving testing of purchased materials; shelf-life extension testing and in process go-by testing.
- set and implement internal/external quality requirements to ensure the test lab functions meet NADCAP AS and customer requirements and expectations.
- collaborating with quality personnel to implement procedures systems and standards of operation.
- Act as CTL representative for NADCAP AS and customer audits of the test lab.
- oversee the recruit and training of test lab personnel to ensure an effective work unit.
- establish procedures and processes for sampling recording and reporting of quality data.
- conduct and monitor the analysis of test data to ensure compliance with set specifications.
- organize training for quality assurance test lab staff to enhance their skill and knowledge of product and testing quality requirements.
- maintain proper records and documentation of quality tests and other quality-related activities.
- Collecting and compilingrelevant quality statistical data.
- Maintain a safe working environment and observe all safety precautions in the shop environment.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to listen and communicate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
- Strong analytical writing and communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Able to work in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
