Test Industrial Manager

• Lead and develop a team of Test & Commissioning engineers and technicians providing daily direction coaching and support.
• Manage testing workshop planning workload allocation and resource availability.
• Ensure testing activities are performed according to approved procedures and acceptance criteria with accurate recording of results.
• Coordinate the handover process from Manufacturing to Testing.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to quality productivity lead time customer acceptance and EHS.
• Ensure the availability of required tools equipment and spare parts.
• Consolidate test reports and communicate project performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Foster strong collaboration with Project Manufacturing Quality Engineering Supply Chain and Customer representatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement operational excellence and safety compliance.

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning within rail factory automation process industry or similar industrial environments.
• Sound knowledge of electrical and control systems onboard communications and network systems.
• Understanding of electrical processes such as cabling earthing & bonding protection systems and instrumentation.
• Strong people-management and interpersonal skills.

In accordance with New York State pay transparency requirements the anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70000 - $90000. Actual compensation will be based on factors including experience education skills and qualifications. This salary range reflects base pay only and does not include bonus opportunities incentive compensation or other benefits.
