Test Engineering Internship 2027

In this role you will do the following:

• Design develop and implement test hardware and software for production testing of new products. Evaluate deadlines goals and develop project schedules.

• Design develops and implement solutions to improve test yields reduce over all Test time provide for test capacity increases minimize downtime and optimize test/process flows. This includes implementing new processes and technologies utilizing statistical tools and developing innovations to existing problems and issues.

• Analyze and critiques equipment designs/processes relative to market requirements manufacturability costs and technical requirements.

• Identify technical and quality problems determines alternatives and evaluates them to arrive at the most acceptable approach including conformity to specifications reliability cost effectiveness testability and reparability.

• Identify need for assesses and/or develops technical/process specification standards and participates in establishing the procedures to ensure they are followed.

• Prepare and present technical reports to influence the decision making process. Provide technical information and participates as a speaker in technical programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with NI Teststand and NI Labview

• Basic RF knowledge

• Familiarity with test systems Hardware and Software architecture

• Able to work with minimum supervision

• Familiarity with Python C & C

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

• Must have a graduation date on or after December 2027

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
