Description:
You will be the Test Engineer Senior for the 2nd Shift Test Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering highquality test solutions that ensure the reliability and performance of electronic systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Test Engineer Senior you will be responsible for driving test execution troubleshooting and continuous improvement of test processes.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Resolve and document test anomalies of manufactured electronic circuit boards cables flexes subassemblies and systems.
Maintain test equipment in working order according to requirements and schedules.
Prepare review refine and improve test procedures and planning documents.
Support test development and integration efforts collaborating with technicians quality engineering and manufacturing engineering teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior test staff.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education and 3 years of professional experience.
- understand technical principles theories and concepts of analog and digital electronics test methodologies schematics and the use of common benchtop measurement systems such as DMMs oscilloscopes and power supplies.
- demonstrate imaginative and practical problem solving skills.
- successfully work with general direction show initiative and adaptability establish and complete goals.
- collaborate with engineers technicians and assemblers having a variety of skills and experience.
- have or be able to obtain a security clearance at the secret level.
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Skills:
- experience using automated test systems such as 3070 flying probe CKT Teradyne and environmental temperature and vibration screening equipment.
- NI TestStand LabWindows CVI LabView.
- embedded programming.
- configuration management.
Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day 3 days off per week
