Test Engineer I Exempt

• Design develop and implement testing methods and equipment.
• Plan and arrange labor schedules and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
• Provide test area with parameters for sample testing and specify tests to be performed.
• Compile data and define changes required in testing equipment procedures or new testing requirements.
• Responsible for testing all customer samples and special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.

• Contribute to advancing existing technology or introducing new technology and therapies.
• Formulate deliver and/or manage assigned projects collaborating with stakeholders to achieve desired results.
• May mentor colleagues or direct the work of lower-level professionals.
• Focus on delivering R&D systems or initiatives related to new technologies or therapies from design to implementation.

• Education Required: BS in Electrical Engineering
• Years of Experience Required: 0-3
• Knowledge of electrical circuits
• Root cause analysis skills
• Hands-on electrical experience

This position requires working onsite in Billerica MA for 40 hours a week. Interviews will be scheduled as soon as possible. The successful candidate will support the Affera Capital Test product line.
