Territory Sales Manager

Essential Job Duties:

• Solicit and sell to new and existing customers.
• Present solutions and services that are available to customers.
• Be familiar with Elitek Vehicle Services product literature and ability to convey product information and availability to customers.
• Make sales presentations on new and existing accounts.
• Assist in training and motivating other sales team members.
• Ensure the integrity of the Companys quality management systems.
• Complies with established company policies and procedures.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Not responsible for supervising employees.

Education & Experience:

• High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required
• A minimum of two years sales and/or distribution experience preferred
• Must possess a valid drivers license as well as the ability to operate a Company vehicle.
• Available for 50% travel
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others
• Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules when needed.
• Must possess attention to detail while working in a timely fashion
• Must possess organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work under various conditions with frequent interruptions
• Must be able to move and/or lift at least 75 pounds

• Some positions in this classification may involve operating a motor vehicle for work-related duties. Employees assigned driving responsibilities must meet all applicable eligibility and safety requirements.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and an office environment. Should be able to tolerate high and low-temperature levels and occasional inclement driving conditions.
