WHAT YOULL DO:

As our Territory Manager for Construction Equipment Sales youll step into a lucrative sales career where your earning potential and success are unlimited!

In this position youll be more than a salespersonyoull be a trusted partner to contractors construction companies and heavy equipment operators throughout your territory. Your focus will be on building strong relationships understanding your customers operations and delivering construction equipment solutions that help them improve productivity efficiency and profitability.

Youll spend much of your time in the field traveling in a company-provided sales vehicle visiting jobsites meeting face-to-face with customers and prospects and identifying opportunities to grow your business. From excavators dozers and wheel loaders to motor graders articulated dump trucks and other heavy construction equipment youll work with customers to identify the right machines and configurations for their applications and operating needs.

Youll also work closely with our internal product support and rental teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the life of the equipment.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Previous sales experience.
• Knowledge of heavy and compact construction equipment and its applications preferred.
• Experience in the construction heavy equipment or related industries preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment financing and leasing options preferred.
• Excellent customer relations communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills.
• Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Drivers license with a good driving record.
• Experience operating or working around construction equipment preferred.
