The temporary Escrow Assistant will provide behind-the-scenes non-client-facing support and focus on clerical and transactional work requiring accuracy consistency flexibility and adherence to established processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
Typing Proficiency (Alphanumeric): Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM with a high level of accuracy. Typing assessment results should be provided prior to scheduling interviews.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify prevent and correct errors in a detail-intensive environment.
Time Management & Organization: Proven ability to prioritize work manage multiple tasks effectively and meet established deadlines.
Communication Skills: Clear professional written and verbal communication skills appropriate for internal collaboration.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook with experience in data management and routine business communication.
