Temporary Data Analyst 6101
Nonprofit accreditation organization seeks an Excel expert to verify data and finalize reports.
Responsibilities:
- Compare data on spreadsheets to data submitted on PDF documents identifying discrepancies.
- Use complex MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables to receive and analyze respondent data.
- Send login and password information to members and organizations.
- Aggregate reports and map data.
- Combine edit and convert files to PDF format and ensure consistent formatting across documents.
- Rename files according to specific syntax.
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized focused and attentive to detail.
- Self-starter with a proven record of meeting deadlines and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Handles confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Must be highly proficient in MS Excel using VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Previous experience working in data analysis.
Rate: $23.00 an hour.
