Responsibilities
This temporary position is responsible forpreparing processingand reviewingaccurate and timely client deliverablesin support of internal teams and external filings strong organizational technical and communicationskillsto execute work in accordance with quality and compliance standardswhile balancing multiple responsibilities and role requires consistentfollow through collaboration and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Process create editand format client deliverables (e.g. tax returns extensions etc.)including software setup maintenance and delivery.
- Review proofread and validate deliverables to ensure accuracy completeness consistency and adherence to all applicable quality control and compliance standards.
- Plan prioritize and manage work to meet client internal and external deadlines including proactive communication of status timeliness and workflow questions.
- Followthrough oncommitments identify issues and escalate appropriately to support timely and accurate delivery.
- Support special projects seasonal tasks and otherneeds asassigned.
The successful candidate will have:
- High school diploma or GED required high school diploma preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner incorporating feedback to continuously improve quality
- Takes initiative to develop technical skills and apply knowledge with support and direction
- Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion
- May require some overtime hours
- Ability to travel as needed approximately 5%
The pay rate range for this job position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicants skills prior experience qualifications degrees professional certifications work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
The national pay rate range is $18.00 to $34.10
