Temporary Administrative Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated individual for a temporary administrative role in our dynamic office located in Hayward CA. This position offers a 3-6 month contract with the potential for extension. Enjoy a flexible work schedule from Monday to Thursday and every other Friday with typical start times at 8:00 a.m. or 8:30 a.m. Be part of a supportive team and make a difference in the community!

• Provide information and assistance to program participants clients and the general public.
• Receive review scan and distribute a variety of documents and general correspondence.
• Complete assigned tasks in support of our departments.
• Assist with lobby coverage and manage phone calls in the call center.
• Perform data entry and utilize housing software systems.
• Process mail including receiving sorting and distributing correspondence.

• Minimum of two years of responsible administrative experience including public contact.
• Proficiency in scanning electronic filing and computer applications such as email word processing databases and spreadsheets.

• Experience in assisted housing programs social services property management or related fields.
