As an LPN youll play a hands-on role in both resident care and team leadership:
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents with kindness and clinical skill
- Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants during your shift
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Accurately document care and maintain resident records
- Participate in updating care plans and supporting resident-centered outcomes
- Promote safety infection control and policy compliance throughout your shift
- Provide assistance with daily resident needs as required
RequirementDescription:
- Provider must have 1 years minimum of current LPN experience - REQUIRED
- No 1st time travelers! Must have successfully completed 1 travel assignments in the last year- REQUIRED
- Must be willing to complete fingerprints and medical within 24-48 hours upon acceptance - REQUIRED
- Must be willing to float to other units as needed - REQUIRED
