Temp Dental Treatment Coordinator

All Smiles Dental Group located near Powers and Bloomington is hiring! We are seeking a Temp Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time from November 16th-February 19th.

• A minimum of 2 years of previous dental front office experience

Schedule: Full-Time Temp

• Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:15pm
• Friday 7:45am-2:15pm

Compensation:$20-$25/hour

• Provide awelcoming and positivepatient experience both in person and over the phone
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
• Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances posting payments to patient accounts
• Reviewfinancing and payment optionswith patients at the time of service

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of previous dental front office experience
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
• Confident presenting treatment plans to patients
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
