Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm; Rotating Saturdays (8:45am - 12:00pm)

We serve over 11000 members in the Omaha Metro area and our Member Service Representatives are the front line to our members.

Is this you

• Will partner with our members in a consultative way helping with all of their financial needs answering all of their questions and making sure they leave feeling taken care of.
• Comfortable processing a variety of financial transactions and working in multiple systems sometimes at the same time.
• Has a keen eye for detail and accuracy to ensure internal audit and procedures are followed.
• Passion for providing excellent service
• Strongest candidates will have: at least six months of financial industry cash handling and face-to-face customer service experience.

Pay is $17.00/hour
