Job Summary
Service Center
CSCS TXESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Develop and implement technology-driven strategies to drive improved performance in our collision repair centers. This will include improving repair order accuracy and parts procurement efficiency.
- Partner with Central Operations to define business needs identify gaps and propose innovative solutions.
- Lead product selection and implementation for AI-powered Guided AI Agents automation tools and analytics solutions to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with application engineering IT business analysis IT architecture IT infrastructure data procurement and operational teams to develop and deploy technology solutions.
- Ensure projects align with business objectives timelines and budget constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis key performance metrics and customer feedback.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners conducting performance assessments and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong understanding of process optimization in operations and supply chain environments.
- Expertise in AI-driven automation predictive analytics and machine learning applications.
- Knowledge of ERP supply chain management and parts procurement software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align stakeholders and drive adoption.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Business or a related field.
- Proven 7 years of experience as a Product Manager leading process improvement initiative in operations logistics or supply chain technology.
- Experience in the automotive repair or aftermarket services industry is a plus.
CERTIFICATIONS LICENSURES AND LANGUAGE SKILLS (If needed):
- Certifications such as PMP CSPO ITIL or equivalent experience preferred.
