Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)
8 years of software engineering with at least 2 years in applied LLM or multi-agent systems in production. Hands-on experience building multi-agent orchestration systems (LangChain LangGraph custom frameworks or equivalent) Deep understanding of RAG pipelines embedding models vector stores graph-based retrieval and grounding strategies Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise backends (ticketing systems ITSM tools CRM or similar) Strong Python skills; comfort reasoning about async event-driven agent workflows. Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery across cross-functional teams
Top 3 Required skills: :
