Detailed Job Description:
Bachelor s degree in electrical Mechanical Mechatronics Controls or Automation Engineering (or related field)
7 years of proven PLC programming experience
Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal
Proficiency in developing complex control algorithms and applying control system theory
Experience in HMI design and development (Ignition WinCC Wonderware or similar)
Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profinet Profibus Ethernet/IP CANBUS OPC UA etc.)
Ability to translate functional requirements into control system architecture and scalable solutions
Experience designing system loop block and network diagrams
Experience generating technical documentation drawings and operation manuals
Hands-on experience with installation commissioning and troubleshooting of PLC-based control systems
Experience working with formal software change control versioning and revision management
Knowledge of modular programming practices source code management and QC/testing methodologies
Ability to work independently while managing multiple parallel projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness and ability to work in field environments including drilling rigs with travel and on-call support requirements
