Job Summary
This position will performphysical repairs and hardware support on Chromebooks Apple desktops/laptops iPads Windows devices and peripherals. The employee will install maintain and troubleshoot operating systems (macOS Windows iOS Chrome OS) and other software support as needed. They should be able to resolve in-person technical support requests using a help desk ticketing system providing courteous timely and effective solutions.
Thisindividual should have anAssociate or Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related field) preferred or equivalent IT experience including hardware repair and have a valid Drivers License. This canidiate should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with staff students and teammates.
Pay: $23.25/hour
Days: 8 hours/day 260 day calendar
