Job Title:Technician: Platform / Validation II
Location:Rancho Cordova CA
Duration:24 Months

The candidate should possess experience in debugging PC hardware platforms building systems and configuring hardware. Additionally experience in installing and running various PC operating systems is required including:

• Windows Server 2003
• Windows XP
• Windows Vista
• Linux
• Netware

Key skills and abilities include:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Carefully and accurately following technical directions

The role involves running predefined software installations and tests in a controlled environment and accurately recording both the system setup and test results.

Additional responsibilities include assisting in layout changes in the lab by rewiring configurations and assisting with machine placements. Networking and server management experience is a must.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required for US candidates
• 4-6 years of experience
