Technical Writer - Irving TX

Duties:
- The Technical Writer III will be responsible for developing documenting and maintaining technical processes and procedures related to trade compliance and manufacturing operations.
- This role will work closely with stakeholders to map current and future-state processes create detailed process documentation and translate complex manufacturing and compliance concepts into clear user-friendly materials.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an evolving environment and capable of gathering information from multiple sources to support business process improvements.
Experience:
- 4 to 6 yearsof technical writing experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Skills:
- Technical writing and process documentation
- Process mapping and workflow development
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous or changing environments
- Advanced MS Office skills including Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Visio proficiency for process flow creation
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred Experience:
- Supply chain operations experience
- Oracle and/or ADMS system knowledge
- Project management experience
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification
- Trade compliance experience
Education:
- Associates degree or Bachelors degree required
- Strong computer proficiency and project management skills preferred
