Primary Responsibilities:
The Technical Writer develops and maintains operational documentation user guides communications products SOPs and knowledge assets supporting all SDOD functions.
Additionally in this position you will:
- Develop user documentation and training materials.
- Draft Service Advisories and internal communications.
- Update SOPs and process documentation.
- Support Knowledge Management initiatives.
- Maintain document version control and repository management.
- Assist with emergency communications activities.
Qualifications
- Three (3) years of technical writing experience.
- Strong written communication and editing capabilities.
