Requested Qualifications:

48 Months of Experience in drafting and developing technical writing efforts across software documentation business processes and IT operations
48 Months of Experience in breaking down complex information and organizing it logically for the user with a focus on clarity accuracy and consistency
48 Months of Experience in research and information gathering including document analysis and interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
60 Months of Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Visio) to support documentation development and delivery
36 Months of Experience in document management: organizing information; creating diagrams charts and other visual aids; and using documentation systems
36 Months of Experience working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers analysts operations and customer support to ensure documentation aligns across system and business functions and meets user needs
36 Months of Experience in reviewing and testing documentation including the incorporation of feedback to update and improve content and testing for usability and accuracy
36 Months of Experience utilizing industry standard technical summary and reporting techniques
Bachelors Degree
