Job Title: Technical Team Manager

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Technical Team Manager must possess at least ten (10) years of experience leading

technical delivery of complex or web-based applications. They will be responsible to coordinate the understanding of

the Project technical requirements across the various technical team members from the Contractor and Subcontractor

(as applicable). They will ensure the requirements are translated successfully through implementation and accepted

Project delivery. They will serve as the primary technical liaison for Contractor and Subcontractor (as applicable) when

interfacing with OPRHP and NYS ITS. Their expertise will be integral for cohesive project execution and they must

demonstrate a leadership track record in the following areas:

Serving as the primary technical liaison for the design and development teams when interacting with external

stakeholders and technical partners.

Working across teams and disciplines to identify and define solutions such as custom code database design

complex data migrations application integrations platform performance project/sprint planning and advanced

problem solving.

Translating technical complexities to project stakeholders ensuring thorough understanding of design

decisions.

Working closely with the Project Team to ensure analysis activities are properly estimated and included in the

project schedule.

Working with the Project Team to ensure requirements validation stays within scope or preparing a mitigation

proposal and or change request if the scope needs to be revisited.
