The role
Technology plays a big part in how we work connect and support communities across NSW. As a Technical Support Officer youll be the friendly face and trusted expert people turn to when they need help navigating technology challenges.
Youll provide technical support across a range of systems devices and applications helping people get back to work quickly and confidently. From troubleshooting incidents and resolving system issues to supporting bespoke software business-critical hardware and digital workplace tools youll help keep our people connected and productive.
No two days are the same and youll work closely with colleagues and customers to solve problems improve experiences and support reliable digital services.

What you will bring to the role

What you will bring to the role
- Experienced in the support of multiple Business Applications for example Office 365 and MS Teams
- Experience supporting ICT hardware including laptops desktops monitors cabling and mobile devices
- LAN/WAN/Cloud support experience
- Video conference and meeting room support experience
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems support
- Knowledge of ITIL Methodologies
