Our team helps organizations move from concept to scalable solution through human-centered design and deep technical expertise to accelerate innovation and drive wider adoption of Apple platforms and technologies in the this role you will guide customers and partners from problem discovery to solution implementation designing and executing workshops and engagement models curating and facilitating technical documentation driving the adoption of meaningful and best in class AI solutions. You will facilitate workshops at our labs in Cupertino and develop thought leadership and documentation for inclusion in customer and partner events.

You will contribute technical expertise guiding AI app development and deployment and evangelize Apple platforms and technologies alongside our team of technical and design experts across the full innovation lifecycle. You will evaluate customer challenges frame what success looks like and mobilize technical experts designers and customer teams to get there. You will simplify technical complexity for business audiences keep multi-workstream engagements on track and build the trusted relationships that drive long-term platform adoption.

Evaluate customer technical AI solution challenges and desired business outcomes and shape engagement plans that connect customers and partners through designing and adopting AI solutions built on Apple platforms and technologies coordinating with internal experts across AI/ML engineering design security privacy and field the delivery of customer engagements scoping milestones stakeholder alignment and follow-through from discovery workshops to and manage solution architectural guidance enablement content and technical documentation partnering with technical experts to produce as the ongoing link between Apple and customer development teams tracking implementation challenges and ensuring solutions continue to evolve after the initial the customers technical landscape and environment to inform where Apple platform capabilities create the most business learn Apple technologies and industry use cases at a working level so you can speak credibly to both executives and engineering teams.n

8 years of experience in technology consulting product development or customer success roles within technical product or platform of AI/ML computing principles and how organizations adopt emerging ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder engagements from ambiguity to delivered outcomes with strong planning and milestone ability to translate technical concepts into clear actionable narratives for business audiences at all levels of an communication presentation and storytelling skills written and relationship-building skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners without direct operating in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomy and follow-through.

Working familiarity with the Apple ecosystem and developer platforms (such as Swift SwiftUI Apple Intelligence Core ML) sufficient to guide conversations without needing to build supporting or coordinating solution architecture proof-of-concept or reference implementation work delivered by technical with Design Thinking or other human-centered innovation methods and collaborative workshop degree or equivalent practical experience.
