Job Summary

Temp To Full-Time

Computer skills using Microsoft.

Troubleshooting skills with 120 volt electrical and plumbing components. (will train)

Doing Follow ups with service request with agents. (main duties)

Schedule service calls with national or local service repair agents

Follow up with agents and customers upon completion of repair

Submit service invoices for payment upon completion of repair

Work hand in hand with Outside Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction after sales issues

Assist customer service department with any inquiries they may have while assisting customers on future purchases

Process Return Good Authorization (RGAs)

Responding to emails.

Answering technical calls.

Reading schematics (will train)

Microsoft Word Excel Outlook etc.

$18. - $22. hr.
